Fix leak in porch roof
Following posting the job yesterday evening Adam has already come round and completed the job. He was prompt to respond and arrive and explained the job and gave us a quote we were happy with. Adam then completed the job (and even fixed our guttering for free) quickly and cleanly. Would recommend Adam for any roof repair work.

Chimney Repointing and Repair
Stay dry were excellent throughout the whole process. After discussing our options, we decided to remove our old chimney rather than repair it. Adam and his team worked incredibly hard and kept us informed every step of the way. They cleaned up once the works were completed. We are very happy with the work, our roof looks amazing. I would happily recommend Stay dry property maintenance. In fact one of our neighbours is looking at getting a quote from them to remove their chimney.

Clean Blocked Gutter & Roof Inspection
Adam has been absolutely fantastic throughout the process of a roof repair. Fix Leak in Single Storey Roof
Stay dry roofong came on a very wet bank holiday to investigaye a leak im my roof. The problem was found a mended efficiently and neatly. At all points it was explained ejat eas neing done. I recommend this company.

Highly recommend these guys! Had these guys round to do my ridge tiles which I highly recommend as great communication, brilliant work very clean worksite!
