Build 60ft Brick Garden Wall
Craig is a nice guy, the quality of work was ok but Craig hassled me for money, tried to convince me I was getting a great deal. Made me a back gate, which was well made but not fixed correctly and left a gap that he said he would fill. They were very unreliable, hard to get hold of and I had to give money to three different accounts as well as cash. I paid £1350 for a homemade gate, using interior wood on the back. The fence was fixed with metal bars and the fence treated. My garden was cleared of leaves and some rubbish but the rubbish was never collected and I paid for it to be. When I asked about it, I was told, we’ve already taken some. I got very stressed and one of the guys used my garden table to cut wood. I found these guys stressful to have around, and I was told money hadn’t gone through and would come back into my account by midnight. So I set an alarm for midnight and cried and cried when I found out how much I gave them. I asked for a refund but I never received it so at that point I decided I didn’t want them back. I feel robbed, scammed and I’ve had to report them to my bank and trading standards. I had their CV work assessed and was told the work itself was fine. What I find unacceptable is the way they appeared, didn’t let me get other quotes. I had no paper work from them and I feel bullied and harassed for money . I’m sorry Craig, but you know what I’ve written is the truth.
