Health & safety for yourself, your property, and others, is my main concern.
Some landlords complain, but as a Niceic contractor and 18th edition regulations, stipulate we electricians have to abide to many rules.
I understand if renting this can be frustrating and costly.
I've had some customer reviews where they say I hide behind these rules, please note.
Since 2001 H & E has got more and more strict.

John was very prompt at replying and giving a quote straight away. The weather put the job off for a few days but John kept in co tact the whole time and came round as soon as it was suitable to fit the outdoor socket. Would highly recommend.
