Great guy, friendly. Would have been good to know BEFORE confirming the job of the cost as this wasn't provided over the phone when I asked. It was a very minor issue I was a bit taken aback when he said £85!! No new part required just a simple check on one of plastic connector pipes that was all.. Felt that I had been overcharged. However, the plumber was a lovely guy.
