Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Initially required some guttering repairs which turned into a bigger job involving the roof. To be fair the roof work is satisfactory from what I can see. The issue remains with the guttering. All that was done was they changed the direction of the horizontal pipe however this has created a small gap causing rain water to flow down and hit the brickwork still. To be fair the guys wouldn't necessarily spot this at the time as it wasn't raining. As soon as we had a significant downpour I contacted Rhino to advise of the problem and to confirm it was probably a 5 min fix. It may be as simple as adding a rubber seal! I didn't receive a reply causing me to get back in touch with the website 'myjobquote' to reach out. I tried Rhino again a month later and received a reply pretty much saying its not their problem and its a new issue. It's really unfortunate as I had Initially given 5 stars to their work and was wanting them to do some work on chimney. It's a pity we couldn't resolve the issue so for that I have had to change my review and would urge caution on using Rhino in the future.
