Our comprehensive 8-step cleaning process ensures your satisfaction:
Below are the steps involved. We don’t always need to carry out each of these steps and work on a case by case basis based on an assessment of the carpet on the day.
Carpet Raking: We rake the carpet to loosen embedded dirt and pet hair, ensuring a more effective clean. Usually only required for homes with pets.
Pretreating: We pretreat the carpet with a special solution to break down stubborn dirt and stains.
Brushing: We brush the solution into the carpet fibers to lift dirt and grime.
Deep Cleaning: We wash the solution and dirt out of the carpet using our Bissell Big Green carpet cleaner until the water runs clear, ensuring a deep clean.
Agitation: Finally, we agitate the carpet to restore its original texture and appearance.
Drying: We leave the carpet to dry. The time this takes is dependent on the weather and how well ventilated the area is.
Please let us know if there are specific requirements, such as stains you want us to target, ahead of time. This will not come at an extra charge but allows us to be extra prepared and ensure the best results possible.
