Plaster Skimming
The general skim plastering was ok but was way overpriced over £1400 for a stairway small hallway and living.room in a 2 bed ex council house, 3 days labour. As he said there was a problem half way through the job which meant they had to go back to brick on 1 wall. This wasnt done instead more plaster was laid around the bulge but I was charged like they had an extra £250. I was also told by Neil that he was going to box up a pipe downstairs as the trowel couldn't get in the corner and looked unsightly, and arranged to do this the following Thursday. Neil did not turn up. So I messaged him via text and then the following week via watsap about this, and about a unfilled hole in the downstairs hallway. No reply. Over £300 pounds a day labour and no response to fixing problems I wont be using his services again.
