Very polite and friendly. Very efficient. Did an excellent job and faster than expected. Kept me informed, always asked what I wanted even over minor things. Tidied up after himself. Very good price and receipt for payment received the same day. Can highly recommend.

Carpet Laying
No stress and no mess! Tyler completed the job to a very high standard. Friendly and professional. I won’t look anywhere else for my carpet needs. He really took the stress out of buying and fitting my new carpet. Very happy with end result. Excellent customer service skills and effective communication. Carpet Laying
Although the service was good the outcome was not so good. This is more to do with the state of my carpet and how it was originally fitted. I would use Smiths again.
