Replace Gas Valve on Combi Boiler
Terrible. So Bill was quick to respond to the job and came out on the same day which is why I’ll give him a 1. The gas valve was replaced (£350) yet we were still having the same issue and the boiler needed constantly restarting. He messaged the following day to be fair to ask how it was and although it had been okay that morning we agreed to monitor. Thereafter the level of service became unacceptable. I messaged and called him for days and he would not respond because we were still having the same issue. When I finally got a response from him he said he would send a quote to replace the psb that evening. 4/5 days later despite multiple messages/calls not even the curtesy of a response. Unacceptable will never use again.

SmartGasThis review is not correct, you raised a job to supply and fit a Gas valve on MyJobQuote which we come and done urgently as you was let down by the previous company , on testing the boiler after the gas valve was replaced we found you also had an issue with the PCB which was wrongly diagnosed by the previous engineer. Unfortunately the customer did not provide correct information. We provide a excellent service and have been in the industry for 19 years and pride ourself in our workmanship.
