Replace Double Gas Cooker
Brilliant service. Quick and reliable. Extremely helpful and went the extra mile. Billy was efficient and quick. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Price is extremely good especially for the time of year and the short notice I gave him. Would definitely be recommending him

Fix Radiator Pipe and Seal Leak
Billy arrived promptly to the time he specified. Billy was polite, chatty but at the same time got on with the job in hand. He explained what the work in detail which was really useful. Once the job was completed Billy left the area clean and tidy Thank you Billy

Replace Gas Valve on Combi Boiler
Terrible. So Bill was quick to respond to the job and came out on the same day which is why I’ll give him a 1. The gas valve was replaced (£350) yet we were still having the same issue and the boiler needed constantly restarting. He messaged the following day to be fair to ask how it was and although it had been okay that morning we agreed to monitor. Thereafter the level of service became unacceptable. I messaged and called him for days and he would not respond because we were still having the same issue. When I finally got a response from him he said he would send a quote to replace the psb that evening. 4/5 days later despite multiple messages/calls not even the curtesy of a response. Unacceptable will never use again.
