Kitchen Electrical Installation & Check
The work done appears to be excellent and reasonably priced, and good intentions were apparent throughout. However, I never received a written quote, and despite my suggestions to provide extra time for completion on the last day, the day was rushed to an early conclusion, and a socket paid for was not installed. More haste, less speed! I am still awaiting a simple acknowledgement for the £465 I paid in cash for the job, and therefore consider the job unfinished. I was puzzled to receive an inaccurate invoice which did not acknowledge payment, which may be required to prove I have spent my money in rectifying unsafe electrical installations. I simply wish for an accurate receipt for the money I have paid, and stated this clearly from the outset. I suspect that assumptions may have been made with the best of intentions which were not reflective of my own clearly stated wishes. A shame - there was so much that was so good about this work!

Rhys was a fantastic contractor from start to finish. Professional, friendly and great work ethic. I was so pleased with his work that I hired him to fit a new consumer unit the following week. Would highly recommend and regard him as my go to electrician. (I hire tradespeople for a living)
