The tradesmen were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They identified the problem and offered advice on getting a replacement washing machine as the motor was burnt out. The price however was high considering no parts or repair were involved. Thanks for your advice anyway.

Water Tanks and Immersion Heater
We had a quote on 7th November and agreed to proceed with the job. We made part payment for a new water tank and agreed a date for work to be completed. However since then, despite numerous calls, texts and emails, they have not returned on further dates agreed with them and the work has not been completed.
