Sockets, Switches & Fittings
Scott from SM Electric messaged re my request for quote. He ascertained the.relevant details in an easy and likeable manner and arranged a date and time for the job to be carried out. I had expected perhaps a week to ten days but was delighted when he said he would be able to carry the out the job in 3 days time. When the day arrived for the work to be carried out he messaged me 2 or 3 times keeping me updated as his working day progressed so enabling me to know exactly when he would arrive. This enabled me to do what I had to do with an easy mind instead of fearing to go anywhere in case I missed him. He duly arrived and introduced himself in a polite and friendly manner, again double checked our requirements offering us a choice of the sockets we required. The work was carried out efficiently and to an excellent standard. He cleaned up after all work carried out and you would never have known any tradesman had been in. A wee chit chat, payment made and he was on his way home. He was very professional and a lovely guy to boot. Will definitely use his services again. Highly recommend.
