Simon did a thorough inspection of the job prior to quote and explained the problem. He also looked at another problem and the price for both jobs was better than the previous quotes I'd received for one. It was done quickly - the day of quoting - and to a good standard. I won't hesitate to contact Simon if I require any future roofing or guttering work.
