Owain seemed really nice and helpful at first and i accepted his quote and he began the job. He initially had a trainee helping him but the trainee left him and Owain was then on his own. Owain didnt turn up when he said he would or would turn up and just do an hour here or there. He didn't retain instructions of what id requested and pretty much did what he liked, he sited spot lights in weird places and drilled into my walls unnecessarily causing damage that i then had to pay to repair with my plasterer. He forgot to run lights and switch wires after promising me everything had been first fix and the walls had been plastered. He was very confrontational and stormed off like a child when I tried to discuss the job. I think he realised he had made too many mistakes and couldn't put them right himself so came back to my property at night and cleared out his tools etc and left me with no electricity as he even took the temporary board leaving loose dangerous, bare wires. The job is half done and my new electrician has been horrified at the mistakes he has found. (taking spurs from incorrect circuits, not siting sockets into the wall properly, putting extractor fans in completely the wrong places and leaving huge holes in my walls. The really disappointing part is that Owain knew I am a single mum on a budget and was hoping to get into the house for Christmas. Leaving my house the way he did shows the measure of the man. He hasn't replied to any text, calls or my email. Very poor workmanship, poor respect for customers and very cowardly practise

Repair Kitchen Double Electric Socket
Gentleman came by lunchtime and sorted the problem out very quickly. He tested the socket and gave me the all clear . A very honest and helpful Electrician.
