I qualified as a plumber in 2007. I have Water Regs certificates too. I have worked for Housing Associations and 2 Councils as a maintenance plumber. I have also been a white goods engineer for British Gas and Bosch for 7 years. Mainly carrying out tap changes, float valves, sink,toilet and basin replacements. Any general plumbing issues . Also flat pack and basic handyman jobs.

Shammi was very prompt when getting in touch and was also able to make a precise diagnosis of the problem over the phone with a little more information. After making the appointment, he was very punctual and polite and fixed the problem within the hour. I know who I'll be calling anytime I or my neighbours have any plumbing problems!

Shammi was prompt, was clear in his communication, patient with my questions, happy to explain technicalities over the phone prior to our booking the work in. Happy to give a break down of costs by email prior to job. In the end we needed two tasks completed. I look after a couple of properties for my elderly father, and will contact Shammi again when we need further repairs. It was good to find a polite and reliable plumber. Thank you.
