Communication from the onset was very good and the transparency around the unit and its installation was very good as well. The work was completed in due time and the result is good. The follow up was great. It took some time to be able to do the admin needed to provide the certificate.

Shane was extremely thorough in tracing the fault, checking every socket very carefully and eventually found the problem. Unfortunately, it was a major problem which couldn't be totally fixed at the time and will require a rewire, for which I will be more than happy to use his services. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone.
