Grass Cutting and Hedge Pruning
Brilliant service, initially enquired about my grass and bush’s been trimmed for a house sale every 2 weeks. They came around inspected and gave me a good quote for the job doing. As they were there they noticed there was a bush / ivy growing from the chimney pot. They gave me a quote to remove and repoint the roof. I took them up on the offer and was sent videos of the job been completed which they started in record time! Called Friday started Saturday and work completed on Sunday. Whilst on the roof it was inspected and a quote for more work was given, as we are selling we didn’t take up on the offer and there was no pushing from Skylark Property Maintenace, the quote given was a good price and if we were remaining in the house I would of had it done. I will use Skylark again for anything needed doing before we sell and I know the grass and bush’s are going to be done to a very high standard, I would not hesitate to recomend.

Turned up bang on time, had the job done in good time. Communicated what they were doing and why throughout, took videos and pictures to highlight the work and talked it through. Very good service. Would recommend

Trim and Remove Privet Hedge
James came and quoted for my hedge to be cut down and trimmed, it was about 12 feet high! which we accepted. He turned up on time and did an excellent job, cleaned up the cuttings and took everything away. We have arranged for him to come back for maintenance every month or so, thanks!!

Lawn Mowing and Weeding
The guys did a great job tidying my garden up. They cut grass, strimmer, removed weeds, put grass seed down and trimmed the hedges, even put weed killer to prevent further weeds. Garden is now well prepped for spring and summer. Thank you guys
