Guttering and Soffit Installation
The work was done correctly, cleanly, and relatively quickly. After finishing the work, all old elements were removed from the property. I am satisfied, I highly recommend it to others.

Lead flashing repair
Job well done! Work carried out quickly after accepting the quote. Shane was polite and took time to explain the work being completed. Everything kept tidy. Bay window and roof look very smart now. Would use again.

Guttering repair work
Shares’ quote was comparable to others, he was knowledgeable and he maintained regular communication- providing time lines that he kept, and photos or videos of work completed and a couple of areas needing work that he discovered once on the scaffolding, which we agreed the additional work for and which he priced fairly. He was always punctual, and courteous. I would recommend to others. (In fact he addressed an issue connected to our neighbours roof which was impacting on ours, having explained the concern to the neighbour)

Shed roof repair
The winds had taken off the felt from our large shed Posted job and they came out the next morning to give a quote. He kept me informed of arrival time. As it is near Christmas we expected a wait for the job to be completed. He arrived quoted and we accepted. He went away got all the necessary materials and completed the job all within the same day. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this company

Repointing on pitched tiled roof
Arrived on time. Very friendly and polite tradesman. Excellent job, very neat and tidy finish. Would certainly recommended Shane highly.
