Hello,lm Steve mead,a plastering contractor with 30 years plus experience in the trade,I provide a full service which includes all internal plastering, coving, dry lining, floor screeding, wall and floor tiling, all external render finishes ,parex,k-rend,pebble dashing,rough cast,fine down smooth render Finnish,I also undertake full internal renovation projects from start to decoration,I pride myself on carrying out all my work to the highest standards and cleanliness, giving a professional and reliable service to all my clients.i am very experienced in all aspects of my trade working for building contractors, property developers to private homes, I have public liability insurance in place for one million, and nearly 40 reviews on my builder website all with 100% ratings for reference to the work that I have carried out.

I needed all of my ceilings plastered as they had all been wallpapered over or had polystyrene tiles which were a fire hazard. Steves assessment and quote was thorough. He gave a full summary of what I'd asked for with an explanation of what was going to be needed to get it done and it really shone through as a job that had been taken seriously. I got Steve on the job and confirmed a date with him. I made sure everything was ready before he arrived to start. I paid him a depositfor materials to get him started. As he worked through the job it was really nice to see the progress. There was no skimping on materials. Where boarding was needed there were plenty of screws used to hold it in place. Where coving was placed it was proper plaster coving rather than the poorer quality alternatives. The end result is solid, quality, flat as a pancake ceilings. Plastering is a fairly dusty messy bit of work and Steve is an orderly workman that treated my house with respect even though it looked awful before he started. He didn't leave any rubbish and cleared up behind himself, but do expect a lot of dust as a result of the plastering. To sum it all up Steves experience and workmanship really does shine through and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs to get a quality plastering job done. One more thing he is a man of his word and if he says that he will do your job and gives you a date you can count on it. Which for me was very important. He also provides receipts on request which again was important to me. I'm happy to give a 5 star review for this work.
