Bathroom Installation
Really lovely good natured plumber. Collected washbasin and parts, tweaked fittings when needed and nothing too much trouble. Would recommend.

Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
Peter was first class from start to finish. He responded promptly, gave me a definite time to come which he adhered to and quoted a very reasonable price for the job. But most importantly he executed a perfect job in an efficient time period. He immediately diagnosed the issue, provided a solution ( he had the relevant parts with him and there was no performance about sourcing and picking up parts etc ) and within an hour all was done. He is professional, courteous and to me the perfect tradesman. The fact that he has Irish connections was an added bonus for me - only discovered near the end of the job to be fair, so it didn't prejucice my view!

General Maintenance
He did successfully remove the built-in fridge (my initial job request). But he didn't have a direct communication line with other building staff members to remove the shower [https://icproperty-maintenance.10ninety.co.uk/], as he wanted to close the water supply to the shower first.
