Rebuild Damaged Brick Plinth
The gentleman I was dealing with was pleasant and he explained the job of need to do and what could happen if could,nt reuse the old bricks and the owner of the home was pleased with the job and might ask them to do some more work for them .

Repair Water Damage in Bedroom Chimney
Th 2 Guys who actually did the job appear to have done a good job. However, as requested they took photos of what needed doing and some after they had done, and also explained it all. I asked for a payment receipt, and the before and after photos so that I had a record for myself. This they promised to do same day. A week later I am still waiting for any form of receipt and/or photos. I also found that an empty applicator for the sealant they used is now sitting on the roof of my adjacent shed. Had they send the documentation I asked for I would have had more faith in the work they did and given them a very high rating. Not sure I would want them in future.
