Repair leaking Worcester Combi boiler
This service was extremely efficient, thorough and left me in no doubt I’d selected a top professional. Despite not being at the property myself Richard gave careful explanations and kept me & the person at the flat in the loop at every step. Following prompt installation he sorted out the guarantee and ensured I had the building cert. I couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Repair leaking gas combi boiler
The engineer was very helpfuland informative. The comapny were extremely empathetic and comassionate, even assisting myself and my child in accessing heat by purchasing a heating source for us beause the installers had clearly exploited my vulnerablities since their poor installation and communications (Proenergy) and providing a dud boiler and bad service - non-compliance and dangerous installation. Silver Cloud Services were compassionate as my boiler failed and flooded on New Years' Eve. Their service and generositiy restored my faith in humanity. They gave good avice and were certainly more concerned about our well-being,rather than financial gain. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use them again myself.

Disconnect Old Gas Cooker for Replacement
Quick and efficient feedback. Richard from Silver Cloud Services was extremely polite and kept me updated with his arrival time. Once he arrived was respectful of my property and was easy to talk to. All safety measures were double checked to make sure there were no gas leaks once he disconnected my gas cooker. Highly recommend this company and Richard himself to any of my friends and family on a job well done
