Sam was very helpful, he contacted us quickly about the job and gave us clear quote for the work and parts he was going to carry out. On arrival at our property Sam was exceptionally polite and friendly. When an issue arose he explained in detail what could be done as a solution. He was dedicated and didn't leave our home until the work was completed to his satisfaction. He came back the next day due to the late hour of completing the work. We would thoroughly recommend Sam and will definitely contact him again if and when we need further work.

Sam telephoned me 10 minutes after I posted the job - he arrived half an hour later quoted me a fair price and completed the work in an hour - it was done to a very high standard with no fuss at the same time explaining what and why what was needed. A very polite and courteous young man and will definitely recommend him for any plumbing work in the future.

Gas Boiler
Sam did a thorough check of my boiler which was not working and found the thermostsat was faulty. He got the system working until British Gas could come to replace it. Sam was very efficient and polite and I will certainly contact him if I have any domestic problems in future

Great throughout - good communication, Sam arrived when he said he would, explained what he was doing and got everything done quickly and to a great standard. Would happily recommend and would use Sam in future if needed
