My toilet wouldn't flush. I spent most of my morning getting let down by people. It is our only toilet and we were struggling without it. Sam called he asked for a photo. I sent a photo and he could give me a quote over the phone and told me exactly what he needed and what the problem was. He managed to fit me in between jobs. He was very polite and friendly and I was grateful that he could do it at short notice. I would definitely call him in future with any plumbing issues and recommend him to friends and family.

Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
When I posted the job I wasn't even 100% sure what I was wanting could be done. Within a couple of hours of posting I had a message from Sam offering a call to discuss. He understood what I needed and clearly explained how he could resolve the problem after seeing the pictures I posted. Same day he gave me a price and I booked him in. Communication was spot on throughout this. Then, Sam came and did the job - no messing about, no fuss just cracked on despite the terrible weather and sorted the issue. Friendly guy and clean & tidy worker, happily quoted for another job whilst he was there. Definitely recommend Sam and would use again. Thank you!

Bathroom Installation
Did a great job 👏 he came here with the hope to repair my toilet. But I didn’t think 🤔 he could as it was fitted 20years ago so l wasn’t surprised 😮 when he told me l would be better off having a new toilet 🚽 fitted which I was happy to go ahead with that. 😊so no worries 😉 he went and fetch a new toilet system 😊job lot £260 fitted happy 😃 day problem solved 😊well done sam

Electric Showers
Sam went out of his way to install a new shower for us at late notice. He was punctual, polite and kept us informed every step of the way, especially when a number of issues cropped up which had to work around. Always enthusiastic, he gave us an excellent quote and completed the work to a very high standard.
