Absolutely brilliant, just moved into our new home, and air locks failed and then leaked, four radiators required repair, but had seized solid, so he agreed to replace them, the sizes we needed were not available locally, so he decided to drive over an hour away to the nearest supplier with available stock. He kept us fully informed throughout, always displaying good humour and consideration, finished late, but still had time to fully check the heating system and give us reassurances. My faith in tradespeople has been restored, he has since done work for my son, again at short notice but at a fair price, only sorry couldn't give him more than 5 stars!

Prompt and courteous. Kept me informed as to when he would arrive. Left the area clean and tidy. Toilet fully functional and no longer overflowing. Would definitely use him again if needed.

My toilet wouldn't flush. I spent most of my morning getting let down by people. It is our only toilet and we were struggling without it. Sam called he asked for a photo. I sent a photo and he could give me a quote over the phone and told me exactly what he needed and what the problem was. He managed to fit me in between jobs. He was very polite and friendly and I was grateful that he could do it at short notice. I would definitely call him in future with any plumbing issues and recommend him to friends and family.
