S&G Plumbing&HeatingHi sima, I apologise but it cannot be helped. I explained to you on the phone that there was a few more issues that meets the eye and gave you a new price to rectify all the issues, and you gave me the go ahead. If I would have done the original job I quoted for via our telephone call then you would still have a leaking WC just not leaking as bad. I apologize if you feel that way and I hope you see where I'm coming from. Thanks
