Roof Repair
SDR Roofing and Property Maintenance Ltd came to repair a leak in the roof and to do some repointing on 25/08/2020. After heavy rain, the roof was still leaking. They returned on 1/9/2020 to have another look and they also did some additional repairs to the roof for which I paid a separate amount. After heavy rain in October, the original leak still appeared. I contacted the company on 30/10/2020 and 9/11/2020 and they've made no attempt to come and check their work. I am disappointed that having had two sets of repairs done I still have a leak in the original spot which is continuing to cause damage. I have two 10-year guarantees, neither of which are any use to me if the company won't come back to make good the repairs. I'd been holding off writing a review to see if they'd sort this issue out. I'm particularly disappointed that they've made no attempt to contact me to arrange to come back as they'd been fine to deal with and very responsive after the first repair hadn't fixed the leak. I am now trying to pursue getting a refund so I can get the leak repaired once and for all.

Utterly, utterly brilliant. Ray and his crew were here on time, got the work done quicker than I expected, and Ray even noticed where there was a patch in our rendering and offered to fix it for free! Only took him minutes to resolve but it’s a huge thing for us, every time we saw the gap it disappointed us, now it’s perfect! Thanks again!
