Replace Broken Backdoor Handle
Requested a quote to repair our back door handle in December 2024, the trader came to the house and a quote was received. During the visit we realised he did new front doors. He appeared to be reputable so we also ordered a new door. Was advised both jobs would be done by last week in January. Last week in January comes along and he arrived with the door so we paid the remainder of the cost as it was bring fitted that day, however we were then told it was too small and needed to reorder it. The door was removed from my premises and we awaited a new door. The new door has not transpired and the trader has retained half of our money. We have now discovered he has applied to have his company struck off!! This trader has shown he is untrustworthy and definitely not reliable. We are now dealing with trading standards to try and get our money back and if this is unsuccessful we will have no hesitation in taking this trader to court.

These boys went above and beyond and worked over the time scheduled I can’t thank them enough, the work carried out is 10/10 mr Baird and zayn are very hard workers even boss man auby donned his work gear and got involved, iv agreed more work to start in coming weeks
