My name is Scott Wilson of Scott Property Solutions. I have 33 years experience in the building industry. The key to our success and longevity in this industry and through the recession has always been to listen and respect my prospective customers and do the best job possible!
At SPS, we offer all aspects of building, roofing, brickwork, plumbing, plastering, damp course, paving, driveways and more. Before Find a Trade, we have renovated many properties, most of the work we have recently completed is full house renovations and bathroom refits. All our work is guaranteed and fully insured.
All our staff have been trained in their field to a high standard.
The major part of our work is obtained through recommendation from our satisfied customers.
We have years of experience in house renovation works we only use very experienced operatives who work to our in keeping of high standard.

Scott came and gave a very competitive quote for the work.sent an email confirmation of the job and price. Worked exactly to the schedule stated. Very respectful of my home leaving everything clean and tidy at the end of each days work. Very happy with the completed job, excellent work. Would highly recommend.
