Fantastic job, went for a complete bathroom tap replacement, had it done within an hour, very fast, very tidy, very cheap, very polite. I cannot fault this guy, I just hope he doesn't get too busy as I might need him in the future.

Shower Fitting
We entered into an agreement Nov 2020 to replace ensuite shower cubicle. He arrived same day as contact, we paid him all £544 for materials immediately. He presented as pleasant, professional, trustworthy, reliable, competent and efficient. HE IS NOT. After endless texts, calls, emails and 11 weeks later (he had ensured a 2 week timeframe) his responses became evasive and flippant - with endless excuses, the main one being delay with suppliers (although he said he'd processed order on 27th November with local company -they were only shower panels, nothing bespoke, widely available). We are now left with the job untouched and without all the materials we'd paid for. My advice would be to use recommended tradesperson and not part with your money or time!

Scott Property MaintenanceThe delay was down to covid lockdown. The materials took longer than expected and when they arrived I delivered them in person and was willing to start the job except the shower panels were wrong colour and the ones that were wanted was not in stock and we was waiting for them to arrive. This cannot be helped and especially with the pandemic that’s going on. The panels were not widely available in this colour. Perhaps Jennifer should have purchased her own materials. Trying to help a customer doesn’t always pay off. The time and fuel cost doing this has put me out of pocket and it was for a very little labour cost at the end of the job. Lesson I have learnt.

Scott was brilliant. Looked at an issue with our toilet, he sorted promptly and to a high standard. Very polite and knowledgeable. Have saved his number for future reference.
