Scott Edwards quoted £350 (£50 deposit) to take out my old bath and toilet, and fit in the new ones. It seems that he has done a good job, but the toilet tank does not always fill straight away after flushing. . I had to put £150 into his account, then he asked for £30 and then £120 for parts. I had bought the overflow and taps for the bath, so I asked for an invoice so I could see what this extra money was for. As I was paying him the final £150 (he wanted cash), after doing the work, he said that he would send me the invoice to show what he had spent the extra £150 on. I have never received it, despite sending him e-mails requesting it. So the job cost me £500, not £350, with no explanation for the difference. If any one employs Mr Scott Edwards, I suggest that they get everything in writing first, and get invoices for any extras straight away. See what he has bought and how much it has cost.
