Assemble Futon Bed Frame
wood slats on the futon where the screws are. I've noticed he has also cracked another plank as I have had another look. There is also a piece missing where he has sawn it off. Also he said there were not enough screws but upon reflection I feel like he has lied to me. I don't understand how did I miss this. My fault is that I should have challenged him and told him to fix it. I gave him the money and he left. . Unfortunately my dad has died recently and I am not thinking straight. I feel like he rushed the job and he seemed very happy when I gave him the £70.. Again I should have disputed this. My fault I am at loss as this is the first time I have used my job quote.. What kind of ethical workman thinks he can behave like this.. I have taken pictures. I feel like I want to get another trades man in to make sure he has put it together properly.

Felix was polite,friendly and professional. He was efficient and set about doing all the tasks that had to be completed. I would definitely recommend him and his work was excellent. We are very satisfied with the results.

Reattach Radiator and Fix Leak
Needed help as a radiator fell off the wall and the wall didn’t feel strong enough to take anymore screws being drilled in to it. Posted an advert on my job quote and Felix responded within 15 minutes. As for the repair, I could not recommend Felix enough! He came to fix the issue within 2 days, he was polite, friendly and efficient. The radiator now hangs where it’s supposed to and I will certainly go to Felix again if I need any further help!
