Hi my names steve I have been going by myself for over 20 years apart from labours and other trade when needed.
I do quite a lot of building work from small jobs like a shelf to large extensions.in contact with architects planners so less stress for customers.i work in a tidy environment and always clean up and treat every customers property like my own.i work to a high standard from the small to the big jobs.i have a very large portfolio of work done. Before and afters to show the transformation.i do a lot for private housing associations and other letting agencies.so if you need a quote on anything. I try my best to do a fair quote for everyone.

Top fella Steven who came. Fixed the stairs, got underneath and sorted the lot out. Lot of builders couldn't be bothered but full hands-on, came and reviewed it and was back at 10am the next day to complete it. Laminate Flooring

Steve is a lovely man. As it was for a business came straight and gave me a good quote. Ordered the doors we needed. Said he would be here 9am the following day he arrived at 8:40. Did an excellent job couldn't be more happy is his work and professionalism. Would definitely recommend Steve for his work and price.

Flat Pack Furniture Assembly
I was very happy indeed with the work SCC Maintenance did for me on Saturday. He worked very hard, was on time, and very pleasant. He tidied everywhere when he had assembled the chair for me, and took the packaging etc. to the tip. I would have every confidence in recommending Steve, and to employ him any time I need work doing.
