Through myjobquote Steven contacted me to arrange replacing a lock on a gate for my elderly friend. Steven arranged to go and have a look at the lock the very next day. He called me later that day and let me know he had been able to adjust the lock and it was back in working order, he didn't even charge us for his time. I was very impressed with the speed in which he contacted me and the fact that he had it all mended the next day and the wonderful generosity he showed.
