Replace Leaking Heating System Valve
Do not deal with this guy! Needed a pressure relief valve replacing, paid £297 upfront for the parts. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the job less than 24 hours later as it was no longer needed. I would have been happy to pay him for his time, he agreed to refund the money for the parts, however his excuses slowly turned into BS and he has now vanished and kept my money, forcing me to start small claims court proceedings.

Stuck bathroom tap needs fixing
Steve was polite and arrived on time, extremely personable and skilled, and in no time he fixed the leaking tab promptly but had to replace a part. He saved me money too instead of replacing the tap like others had suggested and woks on a fixed price so no nasty surprises. Highly recommend his company for plumbing and odd jobs
