SB Heating & Gas Servicesdisappointed in review. job was to service the fire. not to fix a broken down fire. had I been told this prior to arrival at any point I would have highlighted that I install and service, which is a different specialism. I dont fix fires. despite that I then diagnosed the fault and i offered to try locate the part. I could not find part I did NOT charge for my visit or for my time to try find part for fire. had truth been told this could have been avoided. in future advice; dont lie about the condition of appliances. be upfront and honest.
