Repair leaking chimney flashing and cap
Sam was very good to deal with. Turned up exactly when he said. He actually got up on the roof and assessed the job and took pictures to show me what was needed and explained why. Unlike other builders who tell you it needs everything without actually giving an up close inspection. Came and did the job exactly when he said he would and was very efficient. Sent me before and after pictures. Would recommend.

I’ve never had a better experience with a trader or contractor than with this team. After reaching out, Sam visited the same day and provided an excellent quote. When I asked how soon they could start, they said they could come the very next day. We agreed on the work, and everything was scheduled. The following day, the team arrived early and got right to it, exceeding all expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable roofing services.

Repair Flashing on Slate Pitched Roof
After speaking with Sam he came out within a couple of hours and completed a thorough inspection of my roof. He took a video to show me the areas that needed repair and provided a very reasonable quote for the work. I decided to go ahead and Sam completed the work the same day. Sam was friendly, professional and happy to answer any questions I had. I would definitely use him again, and highly recommend him to anyone wants work carried out efficiently and to a high standard.

Replace UPVC Gutter Corner Connector
Placed my job on-line. To replace a faulty corner section to existing gutter. Within 5 minutes Sam’s Roof Repairs responded. Gave me a quote and turned up within the hour, and it was a Sunday. Job completed in 5 minutes. Excellent service, and all done with a smile, highly recommend this guy.

Fix Leaking Ceiling from Roof Damage
When I had a request online, Sam contacted me immediately. The action is very fast. And fix the damaged part of my roof on the same day. Very good! The attitude and work are satisfactory.

Repoint chimney, replace cowls, fix leak
I Posted My Job Sam Was The First To Respond,Came Round On A Sunday Morning To Price The Job,And After A Few Quotes I Decided To Give The Job To Sam. It Was Arranged To Start The Job On The Tuesday Unfortunately They Where Rained Off Sam Let Us Know They Would Come The Next Day And They Did. They Started The Work Kept Us Informed Regarding Any Problems They Had Found. They Where Clean Workers Very Sociable, There Was Minimal Mess, And Sam Quoted A Very Realistic Price That Was Fair,And He Proved He Was Genuine When It Was Found That One Of My Pots Had Completely Smashed And He Quoted A Price That Was Not Over The Top And It Was Arranged That The Workers Would Be Around The Next Afternoon And It Was Replaced. I Would Recommend Sam And His Workers To Anyone Who Wants Roofing Work Done. Thanks Sam.
