I think Sam is an excellent tradesperson and went above and beyond to fix the problem. Communication by phone and text was fantastic, he kept me up to date and sent a video as I don't live at the property. He went the morning after I spoke to him, and he is really personable and helpful. The only reason I didn't give him 5/5 was because he didn't have all the tools I thought he should have for a blocked drain, having to go and purchase rods on the day, and his paperwork is not great. Not a problem for a lot of situations, but if you need to claim the costs back, or use them for accounting, it doesn't look very professional. I would highly recommend for most jobs.
