At S. A. Property Development we pride ourselves in the work we undertake, while providing outstanding customer service. This ensures we leave customers satisfied and happy with the completed job.
I have been painting and decorating and doing general maintenance and handyman work for the last 10 years. However, as the owner of the S. A. Property Development, I have recently taken the business full-time as I completed my plumbing and plastering in 2022.
I am always enthusiastic to develop myself and qualifications to be able to offer a wider range of services to all of my customers.

General Maintenance
Salim is awesome! He’s friendly, helpful, understanding and patient. His service was outstanding, I cannot thank him enough. He was punctual, tidy and best of all he completed all the work required earlier than expected. We had additional work that we needed doing, thankfully he was able to fit us in for this too. If you need a plumber or need general maintenance work doing then Salim is your man! I’ve saved his number and won’t be going anywhere else, I strongly recommend you do the same!

Responded fast very flexible came on a Sunday evening to suit myself, very professional polite hardworking, and assembled 2 bedroom units to a very high standard. Shown utmost respect to my home, left everywhere clean & tidy, I’d certainly recommend this tradesman 100% all-round workmanship

It took a bit longer than expected like some hours (the main person was teaching another while carrying out the job). The assembly was done okay. The details were not great (e.g. one drawer not closing completely).

Salim completed the work within the agreed time scale and to the agreed price. The work was professionally done, and Salim was extremely polite and courteous and helpful. I would recommend him to prospective clients
