Kitchen Units Removal and Reinstallation
Colin did lots of the work I asked him to, and the standard of his work was adequate. He did not turn up to the jobs when he said he would, nor were they completed when he said they would be. When I asked him to communicate with me if he felt a job wouldn’t be completed on time, he apologised for not doing so, but promptly continued to leave jobs unfinished by the deadline without notifying me. He didn’t finish his final job, left his rubbish in my house, put a load of rubble in my recycling bins (which I then had to sort through and take to the dump) and left my bath cover hanging off, which he said he’d replace but never did. If you need a handyman for a quick few jobs, Colin’s work will suffice. Larger projects, such as the tiling of my bathroom, seemed a bit beyond his reach.

Repair Bathroom Tiles in Flat
S8 Installations gave me the best quote for a tiling job and for repairing the wood panel in a bathroom. Colin appeared on time, finished the job quickly and to a good standard, gave me general advice when I asked and we talked about Chess too! Great guy and I definitely recommend.

Install Integrated Kitchen Dishwasher
Colin from S8 Installations came to fit an integrated dishwasher in my kitchen by replacing a cabinet unit. While the job seemed straightforward, it got complicated due to how the home builders set up the cabinets and sink. Colin did his best under the circumstances and got everything fitted and connected perfectly. Highly recommend!

General Maintenance
Really pleased we found Colin. He turns up on time and he's honest, courteous and knowledgeable. Colin can provide a range of work including joinery, tiling and plumbing for a good price. He takes pride in his work; cleans up and keeps you updated. We've been looking for this standard of work for and we're going to keep using him. What a find!

Couldn’t ask for anything better - Colin came in into an empty shell of a kitchen and the new kitchen piled high in the living room. Colin and his son worked their magic and 2 days later I finally had a kitchen. Second part of my project already booked in. - would definitely recommend.
