Roof Cleaning
Arrived on time and were very careful about social distancing. Helpful but never pushy. Showed what they had done as they progressed. We are very pleased with the team. They were very clean and tidy and took away all their waste, even the old moss from the roof. The cleaned roof looks like new. I would use them again for any roofing issues.

Roof Repair
Daniel and his team were very helpful and completed the job on time. We had roof leaking issues which they fixed. Only did kot give them a 5 as no rain to check the felt is working.

Roof Repair
They replaced the tile and advised me of other problems I hadn't seen. All of which they showed me and were completely correct. Very helpful and completed all jobs at a reasonable price . Would use again

The job was started 05/06/2020 and was going reasonably well until Daniel fell off a ladder and was unable to work, I had paid for the complete job in advance a few days earlier, 25/06/20 , I heard nothing again until I phoned the company and insisted that they finish the job, They finally "finished" the job 11/07/2020 , The parts that I can see look worrying, there are brackets missing on the front guttering, and the guttering at the back looks crooked. After finishing the job , the rubbish, including full length Fascia boards, a large box of rubbish, and various packets from lunch, were dumped in a nearby carpark, which caused my neighbour to complain to me. Daniel has since said that he will rectify everything when his cast comes off. I would recommend Daniel, but the rest of the company that worked on my house would not be welcome to work on my house again.

Roof Repair
I have no complaints at this point. Everything was explained from start to finish. I've had no real rain to speak off, so at this point, I cant judge. What I will say is Dan, who came out was incredibly polite and helpful, along with his staff. I didnt feel I was pushed into having the job done by them. ( a rarity) being a lady on my own. They arrived on time, were polite and professional & cleaned up after themselves. If I had any questions, they were answered In full. I have every faith the jobs been done, and done well. I'm happy to give a 5 star rating, I'm happy to pass on their number to anyone that needs a their roof looking at So what else is there to add, apart from my thanks to S&C property Maitenance, and particularly to Dan & his staff. If I need anything doing again, you will be my first port of call.
