Complete Kitchen Refurbishment
Richard was absolutely terrible. My worst experience ever with a tradesman. Richard came on the 22rd June to start work everything was ok at first he came in early at around 9am and left around 1pm. He would constantly do this on the days that he came in. From Tuesday to Thursday only little work had be done and I made it very clear to Richard that the kitchen units from Wren would be delivered on Friday 25th June. Richard was aware of this. Friday 25th June the units arrive as a flat pack. Richard is angry with this and refuses to do work on the Friday as he “doesn’t like flat packs and doesn't do them”. After Richard left and did NO work on Friday he promised that he would come in on Saturday to do work. After calling him numerous times on Saturday he eventually lets me know that he wasn’t coming and that he would be taking a day off and that he would resume work early on Monday 28th June. On Monday there is no sign of Richard, I call him over 50 times he’s not picking up his phone. Eventually the person working for Richard turns up at our house explaining that Richard doesn’t want to continue the work anymore (after we have already paid Richard for the minimal work that he had done). We were all devastated by this. The next day Richard comes and he says that he will write up a new contract for us and come back on Wednesday. This was frustrating as Richard had only worked for 3 days and we had paid him a lot of money which was not worth the 3 days he came in. We had to beg him to do some work as this was another days work gone to waste. After a lot of persuasion he finally agreed to do something. The next day Richard took his things and left. He left our kitchen with minimal work done. He left our Kitchen taking a lot of money which doesn’t equate to the work he did and I am still requesting for my money back. My advice to all who read this please do NOT work with Richard he is not reliable he is lazy and all he cares about is money.

Kitchen Installation
My kitchen was left unfinished before the lockdown and the fitter stopped responding to phone calls. Richard did a brilliant job, not only in finishing the job but pointing out and correcting all the faulty workmanship before tiling the walls, which were done beautifully. Always friendly and polite he did a fantastic job at a very price. I have no hesitation in recommending his business to anyone wanting a kitchen fitted.
