On April 15th, I accepted an offer from John, Manager of Roses Building Construction Ltd, after posting a job advertisement on the MyJobQuote website. I paid them a total of 1838 GBP in two instalments - 1650 GBP on April 15th and 188.32 GBP on April 19th as an initial payment to begin work on April 22nd. However, they have not started the job yet, and on April 26th, they informed me that they would refund my deposit within 24 hours. Despite my attempts to follow up, I haven't received any response from them since then. Both Manager John and Micheal have now disappeared, and I feel like I won't get my money back. Please be aware of this company. Additionally, I checked the reviews yell.com, and most of them were published from the same network ID, suggesting that those are fake reviews published by the same person.
