Fix Leak in Flat Roof
On arrival videos was taken of the issue causing the leak, missing trim and missing sealant from flue. Whilst completing the job, other issues were brought to my attention. The capping was also done. But I had to leave the dry ridge issue for a later date. I also asked for a quote on cleaning the drain and whites of orangery, this was also completed. It would have been nice to have washed down all debris from flat roof but I didn't request it. The company does not have any facilities to allow credit card payment and trying to get through to their bank is almost impossible. These last two points influenced my score of good opposed to excellent. Only time would tell regarding the leak. Thank you
