I originally contacted this company to te render my roof they quoted £495 and then said they would power wash the roof and clean the gutters for a total of £1200 to which I agreed. As far as I can see the roof repair is to an ok standard.However we were out when they came and they started to power wash the roof.When we returned our front and back garden as well as the neighbours on either side were covered in debris from the roof.They had made no attempt to put coverings down to catch the dirt anf debris from the roof nor had they gave our neighbours prior warning or time to cover their area of garden. The upshot was they used the power washer to clear the dirt and debris resulting in them completely destroying the paint on the decking and part of our back fence We had had the decking and fence painted by a professional company 8 months before using acrylic paint which we were told would last a few years without needing to be painted again.I have since learned that they should not have used a power washer on these. I feel that the company did not act professionally and caused unnecessary damage which could have been avoided had they used some sort of coverings. We had to wash all the garden ornaments in my elderly neighbours garden as she was very upset as these ornaments were part of a memorial garden for her late husband I did point out the damage to the decking when they had finished and they promised they would come back and make good So I paid them in full which in hindsight I should have refused.I have messaged the company several times but only initially received one voicemail saying they would come the following weekend to sort things.However no one appeared and since then they have refused to answer any texts or WhatsApp messages. I thought using your platform that I would get a proper registered company.However on checking with company house there is no record of Roof Trust Scotland. I was also promised a 10 year guarantee for the work and when I requested they send a copy all I received was a text with a handwritten note saying work was guaranteed, no address,no headed company notepaper ,No vat number etc. I now feel vulnerable and believe that the so called guarantee is not worth the paper its written on I am 70 and my husband 60 but he suffers from osteoarthritis so I am going to have to pay someone to go on the roof to check the repair as I am not confident that they are qualified trade persons.

Refelting
Due to rain job got delayed but was completed with satisfaction within 3hrs after weather improved
