OUR PROMISE TO YOU AND WHY USE US:
we do not take any payments until the job is 100% complete
Once job is complete
#before work starts you will be issued with a 14 day cooling off period. The law states and contactor had to issue you with one of these
#once the job is complete we will get our qualified gas engineer to test the flue coming out of the roof if there are any we've worked around and issue you with a gas certificate. A peice of mind because gas flues can easily move if disturbed
#we understand you can't cone up on the scaffold for safety reasons so we will bring your roof to you with a full photographic images of your roof project at all stages of the project, anc images of any rotten timber we will need to change
#we will also issue you with your guarantee and invoice before you pay anc and insurance backed warranty if requested
#soon as project is finished the scaffold will he dropped with in a few days not waiting weeks like most companies

Did an ok job, but promised to get a receipt and guarantee sent through which despite numerous reminders I still haven’t received
