Bathroom/Kitchen design specialist / plumber with team of few very experienced employees, with over 15 bathrooms fitted in last 4 months. I usually proceed to straight forward method, which is check the actual state of your bathroom, take all needed measurements to select right sized tiles and appliances. Then I provide design template books to discuss, what style would fit you the best and help the client to choose visual appealing combination of colours style etc. From this point I'm doing complete price calculation with many optional files, to provide honest pricing for labour and materials. After discussion with client and selecting right price for him, I'm making complete drawings, or AutoCAD plans if wanted ( AutoCAD plans are payed separately tho, because it usually takes 1 week to make complete quoted drawings with measurements ) normal measurements plans and drawings are included in price of every bathroom project estimate tho. This comes especially handy when you need changes in the future or any other modifications from different company or DIY them, because you know exactly where are cables, pipes, beams etc. and prevents situations like punctured pipework or worse electric surge from drilling through cables. After all this preparation is done, I order materials and pick specialist for tiles to install you new tiles and trimming. Then are done ceiling and flooring modifications, or tiled flooring again. (Of course meantime are gonna be installed spotlights, extractor fan, underfloor heating, concealed pipework and wastes system or other wanted elements). Then are installed bath or shower, toilette and basin or vanity unit. ( Unlike many other companies we also install custom made bathroom furniture and decorations, RGB lighting elements and much more) After installation of all wanted appliances, we proceed to seal everything with colour matching silicones and clean up. Because we provide quality installation service, we guarantee you this by giving 3 years warranty on your bathroom, and also, if anything unexpected happens ( like leak from corroded pipe or ceiling water damage - those are most usual ones especially in homes with old pipework ) you are protected up to 1 500 000 £ by our cooperating insurance company.
