General building work from basic carpentry to tiling a bathroom.
Prepped floors in apartment kitchens and bathrooms for tile installations. Cutting tiles at 45 degrees. Waterproofing of the floor and walls. Surface priming. Marking out the area to estimate the amount of tile and adhesive required. Cutting tiles to size and shape with hand-cutters or bench-mounted tools, preparing surfaces by levelling with plaster, sand or cement, fixing tiles and applying grout before finishing, repairing or removing old surfaces before construction begins, working with a variety of building materials including ceramics, glass, stone, granite and marble.
Levelling the walls with plaster board and cement board. Levelling surfaces using plywood and mortar before laying marble and tiles. Use of electric wet saws and tile cutters to cut tiles according to project specifications. Installation of tiles according to schemes and specifications of the property using appropriate adhesive and grout.
All type of block and brick works, installing foundation and screed, Build drainage manhole and pipes. Rendering walls and installing tyles. Help with installation of steel beam and columns for extensions and lofts. coping stones and pad stone installation.
