Chimney Building / Repair
Came on the Sunday to check the roof and completed the job on the Tuesday. Pretty quick service. RM patched my roof/chimney up as water was coming in. As the problem was due to heavy rainfall, I won’t be able to confirm if the problem has been solved. Hopefully that is the issue sorted, and I would recommend RM Roofing.

Garden Shed
Came to look at the job. Never came on the day we arranged. First cancellation we were OK with because he had a family emergency. Another day was agreed we were waiting in the morning said he would come about 9 am. Never appeared didn't even text or phoned. My husband phoned got voicemail so left a message saying his services were no longer required. Certainly would not even consider him again. Jan

Roof Installation/Removal
The work to renew my carport roof was done in a professional manner. I was open to suggestions to replace a damaged polycarbonate roof which has a shallow angle with the result that tiling was not possible. The recommendation was to replace the polycarbonate roof with 12 mm obs board painted on the lower side and screwed to the existing carport roof framework. This was covered as a flat roof with a 2 mm underlay over the board and a 4 mm grey mineral touch on felt. Six skylights were fitted into the roof. The house wall adjacent to the upper edge of the carport roof was ragged out and a lead flashing was fitted. The front facing of the carport roof was finished with white pvc. There was additional work in that the roofing between the carport and garage roofs was found to be defective due to leaks and this was replaced in the same manner as the carport roof. The guttering was checked for drainage when it was established that it had to be re-run. These variations to contract were carried out at a reasonable additional cost which was agreed after completion of the work. I am very satisfied and extremely happy with the work.
